Our Story, Our People & Our Purpose
At Animal Antiks Group, we believe that animals, nature and compassionate support can transform lives.
From our home at Manor Farm in North Marston, Buckinghamshire, we provide education, therapy, training and community experiences that help people build confidence, develop practical skills and reconnect with the natural world.
What began as a simple idea has grown into a family of organisations supporting hundreds of young people and adults every year.

Animal Antiks was founded by Sarah Kettlety and Nick Sear in 2017, building on earlier experience running Roylands Livery Yard between 2013 and 2017.
Through their work with animals and young people, they saw first-hand how powerful the combination of nature, animals and supportive guidance could be.
For many people, particularly those facing challenges with education, confidence or mental health, traditional environments simply don't work.
But place them on a farm…
Give them responsibility…
Let them work with animals…
And something remarkable happens.
Confidence grows.
Skills develop.
People begin to believe in themselves again.
From those early experiences, Animal Antiks grew into a unique organisation combining education, therapy, training and land management, all centred around the life-changing benefits of working with animals and the natural environment.
Today, Animal Antiks Group is made up of four complementary organisations, each focused on supporting people, communities and sustainable farming in different ways.
Together, they allow us to support individuals at every stage of their journey.

Learning that Sticks
Outdoor education programmes, work placements, and therapeutic learning for schools and individuals with an EHCP. When textbooks won't do, we bring in alpacas!

Where Community Connections Grow Like Wildflowers
Alpaca walks, fundraising events, and volunteering opportunities that bring people together. Because everything's better with a fuzzy face beside you!

Qualifications Worth Bleating About!
Post-16 training and Supported Internships designed for young people with EHCPs. We believe the best classroom has hooves, feathers, and plenty of fresh air!

Growing Expertise from the Ground Up
Professional guidance for smallholdings and liveries, with a special talent for grassland and pasture management. We know our fields inside and out!
Our mission is simple:
Open Hearts. Unlock Minds. Inspire People.
We believe that working with animals and nature creates powerful opportunities for growth.
Through our programmes we help people:
Build confidence and independence
Develop practical skills
Improve mental health and wellbeing
Connect with others and their community
Discover new possibilities for their future
And often, the journey begins with something as simple as meeting an alpaca or feeding a goat.

The work we do has real and lasting impact for individuals, families and communities.
Each number represents a story of someone finding new confidence, new skills and new opportunities.
Behind every programme and every experience is a team of dedicated people who care deeply about making a difference.
Our team includes:
Teachers and education specialists
Therapists and support workers
Animal husbandry experts
Care professionals
Volunteers and community supporters
Each team member brings expertise in education, animal welfare or mental health support.
But just as importantly, they bring kindness, patience and belief in every person who walks through our gates.

Of course, Animal Antiks would not be the same without our animals.
Each one plays a special role in helping people relax, learn and connect with nature.
Many visitors tell us the animals are the best therapists they’ve ever met.
Our farm is home to over 200 animals, including:
