These Terms & Conditions of Supply govern the booking and purchase of experiences, events, activities, gift vouchers and related services offered by Animal Antiks through Animal Antiks.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions
In these Terms:
“Animal Antiks”, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to Animal Antiks.
“Customer”, “you” or “your” refers to the individual making the booking.
“Experience” refers to any activity, event, animal experience, educational session, workshop, visit or related service purchased through our website.
“Participant” refers to any person attending or taking part in an Experience.
3. Bookings
3.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.3 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
3.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details are accurate at the time of purchase.
3.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary for operational, safeguarding, safety or animal welfare reasons.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1 All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
4.2 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to booking confirmation.
4.3 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered through our website checkout.
4.4 Failure to complete payment will result in the booking not being confirmed.
5. Gift Vouchers
5.1 Gift vouchers may only be redeemed against eligible Experiences offered by Animal Antiks.
5.2 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.3 Gift vouchers may only be used within their stated validity period.
5.4 Lost, stolen or expired gift vouchers may not be replaced.
6. Transfers
6.1 Bookings may be transferred to another individual provided advance notice is given to Animal Antiks before the Experience date.
6.2 The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring the replacement participant meets any applicable requirements relating to age, supervision, health and safety.
7. Customer Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 Customers may cancel a booking and receive a full refund where at least 14 days’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled Experience date.
7.2 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the Experience date are non-refundable.
7.3 Partial refunds are not offered.
7.4 Failure to attend an Experience, including “no-shows”, will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be provided.
7.5 Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed using the original payment method.
8. Changes & Cancellations by Animal Antiks
8.1 Animal Antiks reserves the right to postpone, alter or cancel any Experience where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:
- adverse weather conditions
- animal welfare concerns
- illness or injury affecting animals
- staffing issues
- operational requirements
- safety concerns
- low booking numbers
- force majeure events
8.2 Where an Experience is cancelled by Animal Antiks, customers will normally be offered the opportunity to rebook onto an alternative date.
8.3 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellations or changes, including travel, accommodation or other personal expenses.
9. Weather Policy
9.1 Experiences may continue in light rain or normal seasonal weather conditions.
9.2 Experiences may be postponed or altered in severe weather where safety, accessibility or animal welfare could be affected.
9.3 Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations or postponements are made solely at the discretion of Animal Antiks.
10. Age Requirements & Supervision
10.1 Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
10.2 Certain Experiences may contain activities or animal interactions that require additional supervision or restrictions. These will be communicated where applicable.
10.3 Customers must ensure that all participants are physically capable of safely participating in the booked Experience.
10.4 Animal Antiks welcomes visitors requiring accessibility assistance. We request advance notice wherever possible to help us provide appropriate support.
11. Health, Safety & Animal Welfare
11.1 Participants may interact directly with animals during Experiences.
11.2 All participants must follow instructions provided by Animal Antiks staff at all times.
11.3 Appropriate clothing and suitable footwear must be worn.
11.4 Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, volunteers, visitors and animals.
11.5 Animal Antiks reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive or likely to compromise safety or animal welfare. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
11.6 Participants must notify Animal Antiks in advance of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, phobias or accessibility requirements that may affect participation.
12. Photography, Filming & Media
12.1 Animal Antiks may take photographs or video recordings during Experiences for promotional, educational or marketing purposes.
12.2 By attending an Experience, you consent to such photography and filming unless you notify us in advance or inform a member of staff on arrival that you wish to opt out.
12.3 Commercial photography, filming or recording is not permitted without prior written consent from Animal Antiks.
13. Late Arrivals
13.1 Late arrivals may result in reduced participation time.
13.2 In some circumstances, late arrivals may not be admitted where doing so would disrupt the Experience, compromise safety or affect animal welfare.
13.3 No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or missed Experiences.
14. Liability
14.1 Participation in animal-related activities carries an inherent level of risk.
14.2 Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- any liability which cannot legally be excluded under English law
14.3 Subject to clause 14.2, Animal Antiks shall not be liable for:
- loss of enjoyment
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of earnings
- travel or accommodation costs
- damage or loss to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence
14.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring participants act responsibly and follow all instructions during Experiences.
15. Force Majeure
15.1 Animal Antiks shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- severe weather
- flooding
- disease outbreaks
- government restrictions
- transport disruption
- strikes
- power failures
- animal illness or welfare emergencies
- acts of God
16. Website & Booking System
16.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and up to date.
16.2 We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.
16.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own internet connection and devices are suitable for making online bookings.
17. Data Protection & Privacy
17.1 Personal information provided during bookings will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17.2 We will only use personal information for legitimate operational, safeguarding, customer service and legal purposes.
18. Complaints
18.1 Any complaints relating to an Experience should be raised with Animal Antiks as soon as reasonably possible.
18.2 We will aim to investigate and respond to complaints fairly and promptly.
19. Governing Law
19.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
19.2 Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
