Based at Animal Antiks in Buckinghamshire, we support young people aged 16–24 to develop the skills they need for adult life.

We combine practical experience with structured learning to ensure students gain both confidence and recognised outcomes.

Post-16 Training Programmes

Students can work towards:

  • City & Guilds qualifications

  • ASDAN qualifications

  • Functional Skills in English and Maths

  • AQA Unit Award Scheme (where appropriate)

But beyond qualifications, our focus is on:

  • Readiness for employment

  • Increased independence

  • Confidence in real-world environments

Supported Internships

A Direct Pathway Into Employment

Our Supported Internship programme is designed for young people who want to move into work.

This year-long programme includes:

  • On-the-job training

  • Personalised support from a job coach

  • Work placements

  • Skills development tailored to career goals

  • To help each student move into paid employment.
